Which I don't think is how it should be, I think it should absolutely include Str and other dmg increasing stats. You could also introduce Gear that has mana regen on it, so it's 1 regen per 10 seconds or something and it's the same gear that gives you max mana.Ĭurrently looking at the crit system, if I'm not mistaken, it uses the weapons dmg only for crit calculation and doesn't factor in Str or Agility or other dmg increasing stats. I also expected clerics to be a little stronger than other classes simply because it's the donator class but that's just my opinion. Obviously something along the lines of mana regen of 1/sec is way too high! but something like 1 every 4 or 5 seconds would be heaps and wouldn't enable the constant spam of spells but would mean sustain would be a bit higher. I also second the idea of having some form of mana recharge/regen simply because our abilities cost mana as opposed to a warrior (don't know about rogues) and so even if we don't sustain that much dmg we will still have to recharge our mana somehow due to usage of abilities. So my recommendation is to have more mana potions for sale around the place. Really enjoying the game and good to see that there is an active attempt to improve the game.īasicaly I've just noticed that with the Cleric that healing himself rather than using (healing) potion's is better but that would mean I would want to carry mana potions and so I went walking around trying to find a shop selling them and I couldn't find any! (doesn't mean there isn't but I couldn't find them!)
